Hydraulic & Mechanical Maintenance Junior Leader

Job Description:

• Monitor and solve mechanical problems that occur during the production process during shifting work time.
• Carry out Hydraulic & Lubrication system preventive and maintenance programs according to the schedule that has been made.
• Repair the faulty Hydraulic and pneumatic valves and Cylinders and informed to superior about the status spare.
• Make a work report on the Logbook that has been provided.
• Carry out orders from superiors other than the main job and carry out K3L programs in the work area.
• Creating and compiling HIRAC and IADL.
• Create and compile a list of Risk & Opportunity Identification (IRP), Quality & Environmental Management System.
• Organize the work of members to solve mechanical problems.

Requirements:

• Having educational background from Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Hydraulic & Mechanical Maintenance, manufacturing, heavy equipment, and mining.
• Able to use AutoCAD is a plus.
• Having knowledge to using measurement instrument such as caliper, micrometer scrup, etc.
• Willing to work in shifting system and 6-days of work.
• Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Jawa Barat.
