- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree, IB certification of IBDP Coordinator Cat 1 & 2
- Experience 5 years as IB Coordinator
- Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
- Coordinating closely with IB organization for the school IB/DP accreditation process or 5 years view.
- Implementing IB Curriculum with IB philosophical and conceptual requirements.
- Orienting parents, students and School Community to facilitate IB conceptual understanding
- Achieving academic excellence through collaborative effort between academic and non-academic staff
- Providing advice, assistance and leadership for department staff in areas of pedagogy and professionalism
