KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and evaluate the safety rules and procedures of the I&C Section by the quality management in the Company in order to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation.
- Monitor, control, and develop the implementation of the yearly plan for the maintenance of I&C section activities effectively to achieve the Company's target to get the high availability and safe working implementation to humans, equiment, and environment.
- Review the annual budget plan and control the implementation of an approved annual budget of the Maintenance I&C section to ensure the maintenance activities are effective and efficient.
- Monitor and control I&C section activities by establishing maintenance systems and compliance, safety, environmental health, quality, and productivity aspects.
- Analyze inspection and test results for I&C systems and establish countermeasures.
- Evaluate and control the maintenance I&C section activity including planning, work method, work equipment, personnel, material/ spare part, overtime as well as the cost to increase the achievement of work effectivity and efficiency.
- Writes or reviews reports on operational results, obstacles, and system problems of I&C equipment to be submitted to GM to determine maintenance action plans.
- Review and validate Permit-To-Work on I&C maintenance activities to ensure all required working documents and action is done according to applicable company procedure.
- Implement and monitor human resource development (training, certification and competency) in the I&C section to improve capacity in maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance I&C department activity reports for periodicals by company standards.
- Reviews planned preventive maintenance (PPM, O/H) schedules, ensures complete preventive maintenance is performed, plans missed maintenance activities and supervises the team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Reduce unplanned downtime by planning, reporting, and executing both internal and external tasks.
- Occasionally perform direct maintenance during routine, planned and unplanned tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as I&C Maintenance
- Bachelor degree in engineering (electrical or similar)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
