Job Description Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will contribute to Believe's success by acquiring new clients and implementing local sales strategy, designed with the Business Development Leader, through: Sourcing and building a pipeline of new artists and/or labels Negotiating deals with qualified leads, in compliance with defined business rules, complexity of local market Adapting to service innovations and increasing complexity in deal structure Monitoring your performance using tools and dashboards Ensuring streamline communication with all stakeholders Ensuring the best transition with the team that will handle customer's day-to-day relationship and support (especially account management team) Qualifications More than 4 years of proven track record in sales and negotiation in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment) Knowledge of digital ecosystem and passionate about Music Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills Additional Information Believe strongly promotes equal treatment regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, martial or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.
