Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation process of IT SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and develop implementation plans.
- Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are accurately defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the implementation timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and support teams, to ensure smooth and efficient implementation processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless transition to the new software solution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project status, addressing any concerns, and providing timely updates.
- Document and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and implementation details.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing IT solutions, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing software solutions for multiple enterprise clients.
