Import And Regulatory Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS 

• Maximum age is 35 years old
• Major in pharmacy from reputable university or any related major with minimum IPK 3.0
• Must Have Pharmacist Certificate
• Smart, fast learner, hard worker, loyal, honest, and creative
• Have experience in healthcare business and registration process for minimum 4 years is preferred
• Proficient in English both spoken and written . Have skill to communicate with overseas supplier.
• Able to handle trading (purchase and import process)
• Able to work by team and individual
• Can join ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible with import process and incoming items
• Responsible with suppliers: products, business discussion, and forecast order
• Trading, sourcing and procurement of medical health needed by sales team.
• Handling product registration in MOH & other government institutions related to company business.
• Registering new imported medical device products and extensions/changes to the Ministry of Health's Online Regalkes system.
• Compile documents and complete the entire process until the product is displayed on the LKPP Online E-Catalogue system.
• Maintaining regulatory documentation database Review and create product license with applicable regulations and technical standards
