Import Document Staff

We are looking for an experienced Import Document Staff to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:

Requirements:

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field is preferred
3. Must have 2-3 years experience in custom clearance of handling import shipment
4. Great knowledge in documentation: draft PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List
5. Good in communication skill (English preferable)
6. Experienced working in the logistics / freight forwarding company

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all import and export process with local documents (CIPL, BL, Form E, etc)
2. Make draft PIB and prepared PIB payment
3. Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule
4. Familiar communicate with customer
5. Responsible to manage end to end import administration and its document
6. Create report for every job
