- Understand export and import procedure.
- Scheduling and reviewing the process for all incoming Purchase Request into details.
- Issue PO and make sure all ready and finalize.
- Actively communicate with all Suppliers
- Prepare report/ schedule related to suppliers.
- Assist the Purchasing department in any reports (Suppliers performance, Internal & External Audit, etc….)
- Other tasks given by the Supervisor…
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably Economy or Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in PMA environment
- Having PPJK certificate is an advantage.
- Good at excel spreadsheet & its formula.
- Good at number and pay attention to details.
- Good at negotiation and communication skills
- English Proficiency is a must.
- Good attitude and honest
- Able to work under pressure.
- Will be based in GRESIK
