Job Description:
- Serve as the customer interface for IMS products, responsible for technical exchanges with customers regarding the core network and improving customer satisfaction
- Responsible for debugging, integrating, acceptance, and maintenance of IMS core network products, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing various indicators
- Coordinate with customers, pre-sales, R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product related issues, and provide necessary technical support
- Track network issues, provide feedback and handle difficult issues, collect and organize technical information
Requirements:
- Communication, electronics, or computer related majors are preferred, and Bachelor degree or above is preferred
- 5 years experience at least in telecomunication industry and 3 years experience in IMS network at least
- Familiar with the network structure of IMS core network, have a certain understanding of the core network equipment, and have a certain ability to handle faults
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Can conduct short-term business trips within Indonesia
- Eager to learn new knowledge, willing to work hard and good in communication& coordination and teamwork, have good ability to work under pressure
