Position: In-House Sales Associate (Property)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase features to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide information on property values, amenities, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property market trends and regulations.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian, English and Chinese are a plus.
