Responsibilities
• Conduct property product sales through prospecting and product presentations to customers until sales targets are achieved• Manage the survey process and accompany customers during the survey process at the project location• Maintain good relationships with customers until after-sales stage• Manage all feedback from customers regarding product quality and service quality• Provide periodic reports to the board of management• Achieve the company's sales targets
Requirements
• Minimum high school education• Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing (property, banking, automotive, Forex & Insurance)• Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to support success in approaching, attracting, and closing customers• High self-confidence, target-oriented, initiative, good work endurance, and accustomed to high pressure• Excellent appearance to support customer service• Willing to work shifts, especially on holidays and weekends• Preferably those who have managed and have an up-to-date database of high-end property prospects• Available for immediate placement in Yogyakarta
