Description
- Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
- Define sourcing strategy to achieve cost savings that is in alignment with company's objectives.
- Support in financial and investment planning to increase and maximize returns.
- Responsible for the procurement of technical and MRO items.
- Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently.
- Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
- Monitor the purchasing request process to purchase orders.
- Update and grow the vendor list, delivery time, QC and invoice approval, complains and returns.
- Conduct vendor audits and generate relevant reports.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with good track record.
- Have exposure to contracts bench marking.
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives.
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
