We are looking for a Industrial & Employee Relations Executive (IER) who will be based in Surabaya.
Your ‘day to day’
- Implement and coordinate all Industrial & Employee Relations (IER) management activities and ensure that company policies and regulations can run well and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible to analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement IER work plan/program in order to help enhance and maintain conducive working environment.
- Responsible to support the engagement activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will also have an opportunity to be rotated between different People & Culture (P&C) team to have a complete knowledge and understanding about the organization.
Who we’re looking for
- Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preference from Law major.
- 2-3 years of Industrial & Employee Relation experience, preferably from FMCG, Manufacturing, or Legal Consultant (in Labor Law) background
- Good understanding of Indonesia Labor Law and Regulations
- Active in organizational activities and able to work well in a team
- Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving, and perseverance
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills, especially showcasing ability to influence and mediate
- Willing to be located in Surabaya and willing to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia
