Industrial Relations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Executing and assisting industrial relation project including assessment, policy analysis and IR development.
• Case handling management, mapping potential dispute and Industrial relation dispute across user in the company.
• Centre of excellence on Industrial Relation in the company, manage IR database and engage with user, related HR person and also with related external institution, including but not limited to government official, union, organization etc.
• Manage IR formalities including but not limited to Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan, Pelaporan PHK to the authority etc.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor/ Master degree in Law
• Experience in property is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in IR
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation
• Deep understanding on  Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.
• Good problem solving skills, detail oriented.
• Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Proficient in English both written and oral
• Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
