Our Personal Care team is embarking on an exciting journey as we build our brand marketing capability with social-first approach as a key pillar, and this move involves a great deal of interaction within the influencer and community world.

Personal Care DMC is an integrated team working alongside Personal Care brand team covering digital marketing, media and digital commerce and is responsible for digital experience, campaign performance, media and data across channels and growth strategy in digital commerce.

If you are experienced in influencer marketing and community management, have in-depth knowledge of social media & KOL trends, passion community and has a passion for fostering long-term relationship with valuable KOLs and relevant community to achieve brand objectives, then we would love to hear from you!

What can you expect from the role?

This role is responsible for Attracting, onboarding, and managing day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Reaching out to, managing, and negotiating with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and agencies. Cultivating long-term relationships with valuable KOLs.

Monitoring and overseeing campaign budgets to ensure campaign targets are met.

You are responsible for :

  • Working with brand team, DMC team and specialist agency on social first approach, to develop and enhance the social media / KOL and community capabilities for the business.
  • Scanning and reviewing the right influencers and communities to match each campaign.
  • Facilitating day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and cultivate relationship with valuable KOLs.
  • Monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure campaign targets are met.
  • Ensuring effective communication within campaign teams at all stages of the campaign.
  • Demonstrating leadership and overseeing campaign teams throughout the execution.
  • Contributing to the production of campaign assets and participating in on-set productions when required.
  • Leading campaign evaluation and benchmarking exercise in influencers and community related activities.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of each KOL to maximize impact.
  • Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and communities.

Does this sound like you?

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related role.
  • Stay updated on trends in Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencer marketing. Understand the evolving landscape of influencers and communities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with KOLs, influencers, and community members.
  • An understanding of data analysis and the ability to measure the impact of influencer campaigns and community engagement.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple influencer campaigns and community initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in important social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • A focus on achieving campaign goals and demonstrating a measurable impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
