Information Technology Consultant

PT. Neo Teknologi Indonesia is currently looking for an IT Consultant who is passionate about generating new business to join our team soon. You will be a part of the sales team, and communicate intensively not just to the customer's side, but also to our internal team.

Role and Responsibility:

• Analyze and diagnose customer problems or customer business needs
• Collaborate with the technical team to do the survey and collect the customer data
• Collaborate with solution planning to choose what solution and product suit customers needs
• Prepare and deliver customer's business presentations and demonstrations of the product
• Attend kick-off meeting with sales and explain the content of the proposal to the technical team
• Build a strong relationship with customers and principals
• Get related product certifications

Required Skills/Experience:

Mandatory:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT-related job positions
• Fluent in English (oral or written)
• Good skill in programming (e.g. Python, R, JavaScript, etc.)
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and a fast learner

Preferable:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Technology Information
• Experience in writing proposals and manuals
• Experience in handling a small team
