Qualifications & experience
- Major in computer science, Information Technology, or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role
- Having ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Good knowledge of database maintenance and system security
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Tasks & responsibilities
- Install dan configure computer Hardware, Network, printer etc.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting in computer and network system (switch, router, printer etc)
- Analytical problem solving and analytical skills to identify best solutions and/or alternatives
- Time management and effective prioritization over multiple runnning issue
- Help colleagues and other departements with technical issues (Services Mind)
- Ensure that all computers and other supporting perpherals are in working order and connected to the network
- Perform and store backup in users' computers
- Prepare computers for new users and fix troubled computers or peripherals in a timely manner
- Storing software for the troubleshooting of computer and other device
- Maintaining IT asset
