Responsibilities
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Leading project planning meetings with senior management, departmental heads, and relevant team members
- Ensuring projects are completed in full, within budget and in line with pre-determined timescales
- Overseeing the progress of projects and reporting potential issues to the appropriate people
- Commissioning and interpreting relevant paperwork, including contracts, blueprints, drawings and more
- Working alongside clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to streamline processes
- Reviewing completed installations to improve the implementation of future projects
- Managing teams of individuals both within the company and without, to maximize performance and minimize potential problems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Project Manager position
- Have experienced as Project Manager especially project related to Life Insurance, Life Asia
- Have experienced in handling project related to Banking/Insurance System (System Integration, Data Integration, or System Migration
- Have experienced in handling projects related to Data Management/Data Deduplication or similar.
- Having knowledge in: Jira, Visio, MS. Project, Agile, Scrum
- Fluent in English is must
- Have the ability to handle good communication & discussions.
- Confident and able to handle people (users), active and initiative.
- Have good leadership & communication (soft skills are more needed than technical skills).
- Proactive & Initiative
- Have knowledge in projects related to AML (Anti Money Laundering) Systems & application knowledge in the world of insurance.
