Responsibilities
• Contact customers, negotiate, explain customer products via telephone• Respond to incoming sales inquiries received through email, telephone, Whatsapp, and other main channels• Provide management reports on customer needs, issues, interests, and potential new products and services• Build a wide network of connections• Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and potential customers• Work in a team environment to solve problems and meet client goals• Collect, control, and manage all sales data
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience as a sales• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field• Good communication and negotiation skills• Proficient in English• Enthusiastic about selling IT products• Proficiency in using PC with knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
