Job Description :

Carry out all planned preventative maintenance (PM), reactive maintenance (RM), condition maintenance (CM) activity of daily, monthly and yearly according to his/her responsibilities.

Attend and fault find issues on all instrumentation systems and find solution to solve of its instrument equipment & Control System problem in Polypropylene Plant.

a. MAINTENANCE. Support, prepare and review overall maintenance programs:

• Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• Electrical procedure

• Daily report

• EPR (Equipment Problem Report)

• Schedule Turn Around Maintenance

• Schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• ECR (Engineering Change Request)

• Create & Develop Focus Improvement

• Technical Evaluation

• Budgeting instrumentation

• Field Instrument and Control System

• Technical documentation for contracts with vendors

• Root cause analysis

• Field instrument & Control System training

• Support TPM program, TQM

b. RESOURCE. Control and ensure spare part provision.

Requirement :

Education:

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Physic or Instrumentation Engineering

Experience:

 3 - 5 years of experience

Specific Skill/Ability:

Computer, English, instrumentation & control

Other Skill/Ability:

Supervisory skill, have skill in SAP / CMMS
