Job Summary
1. Conduct intensive sales activities to both new and existing customers to achieve sales targets, both for new business and renewal.
2. Build relationships with new and existing customers to expand and strengthen cooperation that can facilitate business, both for new business and renewal.
3. Handle account receivables to ensure timely premium payments.
4. Handle issues that arise in the assigned segment to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. Manage customer data completeness to ensure smooth policy production process and adherence to lead times.
6. Implement work-related improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Prepare regular sales activity reports to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities conducted and achievements of the Insurance Specialist team
Job Qualifications
Min 2 years' experience in general insurance
