Integrated Process Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, Coordination, and control IPC activities in Plant.
• Analysis trend of process parameter in Poly, POY, PSF, and DCB (Develop in SPC and Data Analyst).
• Check and review monthly IPC report with team.
• Control status of NCN for all respective department.
• Present Monthly IPC report with all concern department.
• Manpower Control (Budget and over time) & Training Program.
• Support team in capturing parameters data Poly, POY & PSF.
• Study Analysis or Make observation report with statistical method (IPC-OR) .
• Create a review SOP, procedure and work instruction with team.
• Review and discussion to improve performance of team periodically.
• Do and coordinate if any special request of analysis or audit from perspective department.
• Build communication/relation with all department to increase effectivity of audit (CSI control).
• ISO document control and update (as an internal auditor and auditee).
• Performance annual review and Goal Plan of IPC team.

Job Requirements:

• S1/S2 Chemical Engineering/Textile graduated from reputed institute with experience in preferably petrochemical or textile manufacturing company.
• Having 10 years' experience in process control.
• Having sound knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, Audit is advantage.
• Sound analytical thinking and information seeking, having high achievement motivation and relationship building.
• Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office, statistical software).
