Job Description
- Manage all phases of a furniture project including planning, design, FF&E construction (installation), electrical and technology integration, move management, punchlist resolution, and occupancy–activation.
- Provide strategic direction for FF&E designers and leading overall FF&E concept and design
- Provide specifications book of Furniture/Material Finishes/Ironmongery/Sanitary ware
- Provide material sample boards and material sample control boards
- Lead and inspire junior & intermediate FF&E designers in the team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, furniture, and finishes that align with project specifications, including following up with the production to make sure following the project timeline
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, consultants, clients and project managers
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with clients to address feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as FF&E Designer in similar industry
- Extensive experience in FF&E design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in luxury hospitality or commercial projects.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead designer or similar level position
- Complete project experience with at least 2 projects built or at construction stage.
- Experience in leading projects and ability to work under pressure and tight project deadlines.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
- Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Excel
- Fluent in English
- Strong conceptualization and presentation skills

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
