Interior Designer

Job Description:

• Conduct research on the project, including Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, gather information about functional needs, study current styles and trends, and develop design concepts
• Create initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
• Create work plans, technical drawings, and detailed designs that include room layout, material selection, and technical specifications
• Choose materials, colors, textures, and furniture that suit the design concept and needs of the client
• Oversee the procurement process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper design implementation and appropriate material procurement

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or similar
• Proven working experience minimal 3 years in decorating interior spaces
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced attention to detail
• Availability to travel (Domestic & Overseas)
• Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan - Kepulauan Riau
