Role Description: Interior Purchasing staff

As a Interior Purchasing staff member at My Shrine Studios, you will play a vital role in managing the product sourcing and procurement processes that underpin our design projects. Your attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and ability to coordinate various aspects will contribute to the seamless execution of our interior design projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the approval process for flooring, wall, and paint colour samples following storyboard approval.

Generate and meticulously manage purchase orders for approved materials, ensuring timely procurement.

Source and present lighting options, gather necessary approvals, and provide pricing information to relevant departments.

Prepare comparisons of sanitary and appliance options with low, medium, and high ranges to assist clients in their selections.

Oversee the handling of fixed furniture samples, secure client sign-offs, and manage purchase orders accordingly.

Facilitate the creation and management of purchase orders for electrical components, loose furniture, art pieces, and cleaning services.

Initiate and manage sourcing lists for various items essential to the design projects.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a similar role within the interior design industry, showcasing your production expertise.

Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, allowing you to meet project deadlines effectively.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our international team and clients.

Proficiency in productivity and project management tools, enhancing your ability to streamline processes.
