Dipstrategy are looking for amazing creators to work in our fast-paced social content team. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs and communications objectives, then translate this into content that appeals directly to our audiences. You’ll create the content, with support from the rest of the creative team, so you’ll need to be full of ideas and always ready to shoot.
You’ll need to be fluent in all the main social media channels, and there’s also the opportunity to get involved with other digital channels including websites.

- The ability to create fantastic content is key to this role! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create engaging and shareable content on a regular basis.
- That includes some combination of Reels, TikTok, video, photos and graphic design.
- Use basic data to see what works, and continuously improve your output.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social trends and features, and incorporate them into your work.
Requirements:
- Proven social media content creation experience. Excellent creative skills.
- Proven experience in video, photos, graphic design (Minimal with Canva) or Reels/TikTok (Minimal Create with capcut).
- Strong understanding of algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Experience of editing content using a hand phone. Working knowledge of graphic-design programs, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, is an advantage. Experience in using digital tool and AI is a plus!
