Internal Audit Assistant Manager  

What will you do :

• Report and responsible to Head of Internal Audit
• Complete audit assignments in accordance with department standards
• Manage assignment within time budgets and target dates, reporting any timing problems or budget over-runs to the project lead
• ⁠Communicate/ conduct interviews with management regarding the risks being managed by business unit; and assist in developing risk management objectives and audit programs to evaluate these risks
• Present issues and recommendations to business unit management
• Perform or lead the follow up on audit findings.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia
• Ensure that projects within the deadline
• Participate in any company projects as an advisory role based on the assignment from Head of Internal Audit
• Maintain good relationships with auditee, external audit or any relevant organization

Who we are looking for :

• Bachelor degree majoring in accounting/ Finance/ IT/ or related field
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• ⁠Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of audit methodology
• Minimum 2 years working experience in General Insurance Company as
  an Auditor
• Having experience in IT Audit will be an advantage
