Internal Audit Associate

Job Description

• Prepare for the upcoming audit project, including creating audit procedures. 
• Collect data and information, conduct testing, analysis, and evaluation to generate audit conclusions.
• Record all audit results in working papers and audit procedures. 
• Prepare the Audit Report to be distributed to auditees and management. 
• Engage in discussions with auditees to discuss the effectiveness of controls, recommendation, auditee responses, and target completion dates. 
• Follow up on the implementation of previously agreed-upon corrective and preventive actions.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as an Auditor (experience in a KAP is preferred).
• Proficient in Data Analytics.
• Possess a solid understanding of auditing, risk, and accounting.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about auditing.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical skills.
