Internal Audit Specialist, Banten, Multinational Manufacturing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our Multinational Manufacturing client in Banten, Indonesia. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.

Description

• Conduct Internal Audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute audit plans, including the identification of audit objectives, scope, and methodologies.
• Prepare audit findings and recommendations for management review, including practical solutions for addressing identified issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure audit practices remain current and effective.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Internal Auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytic skills with the ability to identify and assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
