OBJECTIVE, KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS:
- To co-ordinate the marketing of the Company’s products:
- to all market sectors and all sales territories
- to ensure product availability with the brokers/distributors/customers
- to achieve sales quantity and value (gross and net) targets for retail market
- to maintain marketing and department costs within budget
- To maintain a close and ongoing relationship with the Company’s retail customers, brokers and distributors
- To develop detailed sales targets with the brokers and distributors and formulate the Company’s sales and marketing budget
- To develop and co-ordinate market support and promotional plans directly or in conjunction with the brokers and distributors:
- plan and implementation of promotional campaigns
- co-ordinate in-store demonstrations
- plan the participation in food fairs etc
- Authorisation of credits in respect of claims by customers in accordance with marketing and promotional campaigns as controlled by the marketing budget
- To maintain sales statistics and records and prepare detailed analysis and monthly board report.
- Customer Complaints - in conjunction with the Quality Officer, review the register of complainants and ensure they are investigated and formally responded to. Report any HACCP Food Safety implications to the Director
- To co-ordinate the product specification packaging design and artwork through to approval prior to printing

Product design and specifications
Production Planning Committee
HACCP Quality Program
Quality Assurance and Control Issues
- To comply with all policy and procedure listed in the Company Induction Booklet including the general conditions and rules, security and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1/S2 Level of graduation
- Experience in a similar International sales role in a food environment at least 5 years.
- Service-oriented, connecting, ‘consultative selling’ with the ability to translate it to the customer.
- Excellent command of English.
