International Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be planning, managing, evaluating, and developing targets and operations related to current market conditions, marketing growth opportunities, environmental realities, and competitors including customer order processing, shipping, and return to ensure whole sales & distribution overseas activity effective, efficient, and in accordance with the company procedure and policies

Responsibilities:

• Plan and set up sales & distribution strategy in one / multiple countries
• Manage sales & distribution process in one / multiple countries
• Evaluate sales & distribution operations in one / multiple countries
• Develop sales & distribution operations in one / multiple countries

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Management, Accounting, or a related field from reputable universities.
• Having 5-6 years of working experience in export / 8-10 years in the domestic market from FMCG / food & beverage manufacturing company
• Experienced in handling B2C markets
• Fluent in English
• Have good presentation skills and are advance in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, Jawa Barat (On Site)
