International Communication Officer (Tangerang)

Job Descriptions

International Communication Implementation:

• Conduct and implement International Communication campaigns. Such campaigns employ all appropriate media, including traditional printed, advertising, video, e-Marketing, trade show presentations, etc.
• Communicate and ensure compliance of International Communication policies and activities with related units to promote consistency of messages, brands, company positioning, appearance of collateral (literature, advertising, etc.)
• Maintain and update communication with vendor to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects BINUS University branding specifications.
• Provide operational activities in International Communication area 
• Arrange International Communication activity process implementation (e.g., resource allocation, implementation to product launch teams)
• Arrange activities to participate in special projects such as specific target market activities and programs

Collateral Development & Event Support:

• Ensure accurate production process of catalogs and various marketing tools according to approved logo and design
• Promote and enhance overall brand development 
• Ensure the use of graphic, photographic, and video design concepts that effectively deliver the BINUS University brand strategy 
• Collaborate with graphic designers and/ or outside vendors to implement design concepts or develop solutions internally
• Prepare press releases and assist with other event arrangements (press conferences, promotion, etc.)
• Conduct internal development of relevant media such as videos, posts, photographs, presentations, fliers, etc.

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
