Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement programs/projects/events.
- Assist in managing and analyzing data, including but not limited to assessment results and employee training programs.
- Support the Knowledge Management process (digital modules development and conducting sharing knowledge activities).
- Support daily business operational, such as administrative task related to learning and development programs and training events.
Requirements:
- Background in Psychology
- Proficient in data processing and using Microsoft Excel
- Possesses strong analytical thinking skills
- Proactive and highly initiative to ensure projects run according to plan
- Demonstrates a keen interest in learning and exploring new innovations
