Responsibilities
• Coordinating and overseeing warehouse operations and activities, including storage and outbound processes• Managing warehouse team, including scheduling and regular performance evaluations• Creating purchase forecasts based on sales data• Creating purchase orders (internal and external) and coordinating with suppliers to maintain supply chain stability• Updating product or inventory availability and paying attention to below-average stock levels based on previous purchases and sales data• Validating stock levels in the system and physically• Creating monthly stock administration reports and conducting stock audits• Inputting inventory data into the company's ERP system
Requirements
• Female, aged 27-35• Minimum education of Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma degree (D3)• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in creating reports in Google forms, spreadsheets, etc.• Detail-oriented, efficient, communicative, and able to work individually and in a team• Minimum 2 years of work experience• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
