Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inventory Control.
- Experience working in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail industry is a plus point.
- Proficient in using accounting systems such as Accurate, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
- Experience in Stock Opname (stocktaking) and understanding of Inventory Movement processes.
- Willing to work in a mobile capacity.
- Owns a personal vehicle (SIM C - driver's license)
Job Descriptions :
- Calculating COGS and Non-COGS items at outlets with the operational team.
- Verifying and analyzing data from Vendor Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders, Outstanding Orders, Transfer In - Transfer Out records.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to store audit.
- Comparing system data with physical store quantities to ensure stock validity.
- Supervising the area manager, store leader, and crew to ensure proper execution of stocktaking processes at the outlets.
