This opening is intended for Trihill Capital's venture capital (VC) arm based out of the Jakarta office.

What we are looking for

• Excellent academic background from an accredited and reputable overseas or local top-tier universities
• Good analytical and technical knowledge in corporate finance and accounting principles
• Prior relevant internship experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads
• A strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work with a team as well as the ability to work independently
• Good fluency of Bahasa Indonesia AND exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Starting with a 3 months internship program (typically June - August), but open to extension subject to review
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting throughout the period

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Assist the investment team in conducting research on specific sectors, from industry landscape to players
• Due Diligence: Assist the investment team in conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, including market analysis, financial modeling, competitive positioning assessment, and evaluation of the founding team's capabilities
• Investment Analysis: Assisting the investment team in building the investment memorandum based on alignment with the fund thesis and portfolio construction
• Portfolio Management: Assisting the investment team in providing strategic guidance, product design, and operational support to existing portfolio companies, ranging from regular monitoring, commercial & strategic direction building, to ongoing mentorship & support
• Community & PR: assisting the C&PR team in building investor and founder ecosystem
• Assist with administrative and project-based responsibilities on ad-hoc basis
