We are seeking a talented Investment Writer proficient in both English and Bahasa to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Writer, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling content that communicates the unique value proposition of our luxury villa investment opportunities to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, investment data, and industry insights to produce high-quality written content.
• Develop engaging investment reports, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials in English and Bahasa, tailored to our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and hospitality management to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
• Translate existing English content into Bahasa to effectively reach and engage with Indonesian-speaking investors, vice versa.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and investment trends to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa, with exceptional writing skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in investment writing, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.
• Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in both language and data.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
