IQC Manager

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree or above with science and engineering major/background;
2. Related work experiences for at least 5 years;
3. Familiar with small household appliances, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, trimmers, electronic products and other industries;
4. Strong comprehensive ability and communication skills;
5. English and Mandarin at an advanced level;
6. Willing to accept training in Nansha, Guangzhou, China for months and willing to travel abroad from time to time.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the overall work of the incoming material inspection team;
2. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational management skills;
3. Responsible for providing quality guidance and evaluation to all suppliers, handling incoming material anomalies, and conducting on-site audits of suppliers;
4. Comprehensive management of the incoming inspection team (including personnel, administration, coordination of internal and external work, and various training plans);
5. Review the Daily Report, Return report, Inspection plans, samples and other reports;
6. Review and give guidance at the supplier's site;
7. Review the daily inspection checklist, incoming goods record and approve the quality form;
8. Evaluate monthly reports, such as monthly factory complaints, monthly returns, monthly PPM summary and non-compliant reports;
9. Participate in quality meetings and receive quality information related to incoming materials for effective control;
10. Check incoming and returned materials;
11. Ensure that the internal system meets the company's requirements, and follow up and prepare for internal and external audits;
12. Other affairs arranged by the superiors.
