ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Industrial Relations and Employee Relations Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment by effectively managing employee relations, navigating labor relations complexities, and upholding fairness and compliance within the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Operations
- Managing Industrial Peace (Corrective & Preventive Action)
- Address and resolve employee concerns effectively.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide fair resolutions.
- Educate managers and employees on conflict resolution and workplace policies.
- Strategically manage labor relations, including negotiations and arbitration hearings.
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations.
- Represent the organization in labor-related matters.
- Monitor and analyze trends in industrial relations.
- Cultivate a culture of trust, open communication, and mutual respect.
Business
- Managing employee engagement and workplace communication.
- Collective bargaining & Company Regulation.
- Union-management relations.
- Labor laws, regulations, arbitration, and mediation.
- Strategic Workforce Management & Organization Pillar (IWS).
CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- Professional experience with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Industrial Relations
- Working experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry related is required.
- Working experience as HR Generalist is preferred.
- Knowledge in Organizational Psychology (Behavior, Motivation, Supportive & Engaging environment), Conflict Resolution, Labor Laws, Company Regulations & Collective Bargaining, Labor Arbitration and Mediation, Labor Law Compliance and Union Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and leading a big group of employees.
- Strong written and fluent verbal communication skills, incl. presentation skills
- Full proficiency in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
