Ir/Er Compliance Lead

About The Role
This role will be responsible for managing employee processes to be aligned with industrial relations, building employee relations, and ensuring all company practices are aligned with regulations
What You Will Do

• Policy Development:- Drive the creation, review, and implementation of progressive industrial relations policies. Ensure policies align with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Termination Procedures: Manage end-to-end termination processes. Develop strategies to minimize risks, offering support to managers during separations.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay current with dynamic labor laws, ensuring unwavering organizational compliance. Provide timely updates to stakeholders, strategizing proactive responses.
• Dispute Resolutions: Facilitate constructive resolutions in employee disputes, fostering a harmonious work environment. Provide guidance to management on conflict resolution strategies.
• Compliance Management: Establish and maintain robust processes for monitoring and ensuring compliance. Conduct regular audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Employee Relations Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance overall employee relations, promoting a positive workplace culture. Develop and deliver training programs on industrial relations topics
  

What You Will Need

• At least 8 years of experience in Policy Governance, Fintech/Banking/Lending Compliance or a related field
• Prior exposure to Employee Relation or Industrial Relation, with a deep understanding of labor laws especially in Indonesia
• Ability to display professional maturity and responsiveness in dealing with people-related issues
• Strong intellectual curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze problems and deliver solutions to GoTroops
• Experience in Program/Project Management with a hands-on approach and can work with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of data analytics and interpretation
• Possess strong business acumen in order to deliver the right policy to company
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) in order to communicate with our international teams
