Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience (min. 2 years) in IT Asset Management roles with a track record of leadership
3. Strong knowledge of Asset Management software and tool
4. Exceptional negotiation and financial analysis skills
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
7. Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of Asset Management
8. Relevant certifications are a plus

Job Description

We are seeking experienced IT Asset Management Section Head to lead our IT Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of IT assets across the organization, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and effective utilization of asset.

• Continuously optimize asset utilization, tracking, and retirement processes to maximize efficiency
• Implement and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
• Ensure compliance with software licenses, data security, and regulatory requirements
• Create and manage the IT Asset Management forecast, tracking expenses and recommending cost-saving initiatives
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal
• Ensure proper disposal and recycling of IT assets in compliance with data privacy and environmental regulations
• Lead and motivate a team of Asset Management professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on asset performance & tracking, compliance, and inventory management
• Maintain accurate documentation of asset inventories, procurement records, and compliance documentation
