- Ensure business continuity by promptly identifying and addressing system failures in the company's IT system
- Facilitate communication between Technical Team and Outsourcing Company to ensure timely implementation of critical matters
- Develop processes and specifications aligning to IT system management with OJK's requirements
โฉ๏ธ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Linux system operation management
- Fluent in English is a must
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the basic principles of MySQL database and familiarity with common SQL statements
- Familiarity with software, including Nginx, Kafka, Linux, Java, etc
- Strong communication and documentation writing skills
- Demonstrate adept learning agility, quickly grasping new technologies
- Knowledge of financial enterprise operation and maintenance process specifications and security compliance will be plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response, troubleshooting, IT compliance, and the monitoring and maintenance of process specifications
