It Business Partner (Erp)

Job Description:

• Represent "Business voice" in IT and "IT voice in Business" to ensure alignment of IT strategy with business strategy.
• Execute yearly planning of project portfolio with key business users, orchestrating prioritization, selection, and funding and managing implementation.
• Owns the business requirements and the ensuing right level of clarity is obtained for IT implementation.
• Own the prioritization of business initiatives with business case development and monitoring of business outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with the current trends on the solution to support business strategy and proactively engage businesses for value creation.
• Manage the overall development of enterprise architecture and IT master plan.
• Alignment with the Business Partner to define detailed EA.
• Manages the overall application and infrastructure landscape.
• Define IT policies, SOP, and documentation required.
• Provide mitigation action plan and direction for the operation team for IT.

Qualifications :

• Education Bachelor / Master Degree
• Experience in as IT Business Partner at least 3 years at Assistant Manager level, having experience in Consulting or Business IT environment will be a plus point
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding in ERP implementation/improvement ERP module
• Have good English
