Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices and security management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in multiple assignments
- Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner with service mind
- Ability to work 24x7 as required
- Willing to contribute and work as a team
Scope of responsibilities/job description:
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system. - Trouble shooting problems hardware, software, network.
- Provide the readiness of IT resource for end-users such as client computer, network, printer and so on.
- Contact vendors of software, hardware, datacenter and telecom products. - Actively respond to incidents and requests.
Experience requirement:
- Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure & IT administrator and IT Helpdesk support
Skills/Competency
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Good working knowledge of Windows server and storage
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
