It Help Desk

Vasanta Group is currently looking for "IT Help Desk" with details as below

Responsibilities:

• Follow the standard of helpdesk procedures in creating and managing tickets (New User, Terminate User, Application Access Request)
• Installation and configuration of PC/Laptop/Printer
• Overcome and resolve Hardware & Software problems for PC/Laptop
• Troubleshoot and resolve Basic Network problems
• Perform weekly and monthly PC/Laptop maintenance
• Follow up with users to ensure the problem has been resolved
• Manage IT assets

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering
• Have basic knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Network Hardware
• Have at least 1 year experience as an IT Help Desk or similar position
• Good knowledge of PC/Laptop electrical components
• Have good knowledge of Hardware & Software
• Have good communication and be able to work together as a team or individually
• Willing to do WFO at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
