Vasanta Group is currently looking for "IT Help Desk" with details as below
Responsibilities:
- Follow the standard of helpdesk procedures in creating and managing tickets (New User, Terminate User, Application Access Request)
- Installation and configuration of PC/Laptop/Printer
- Overcome and resolve Hardware & Software problems for PC/Laptop
- Troubleshoot and resolve Basic Network problems
- Perform weekly and monthly PC/Laptop maintenance
- Follow up with users to ensure the problem has been resolved
- Manage IT assets
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering
- Have basic knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Network Hardware
- Have at least 1 year experience as an IT Help Desk or similar position
- Good knowledge of PC/Laptop electrical components
- Have good knowledge of Hardware & Software
- Have good communication and be able to work together as a team or individually
- Willing to do WFO at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
