Job Description :
- Complete incoming requests and reports ticketing and direct actions from users in the office Centralize, Regional and branches around Surabaya
- Ensure all requests and reports must be recorded in
Ticketing System - Support Data Center in Surabaya, and coordination with the team in Jakarta
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems
- Minimal 1 years of relevant experience at IT Helpdesk or Infrastructure (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Tech savvy and understand IT skills such as Join Domain on Windows10
Installation, troubleshoot PC/NB Windows10, Printer Installation & Troubleshooting, Proxy Settings, CCTV software installation
- Office365: Installation, troubleshooting, updates
- Remote Tools: Anydesk, VNC
- TCP/IP Configuration (basic)
- Message/Chat Tools: Microsoft Teams - Willing to be placed at BAF Surabaya, and candidates with domiciles in Surabaya and surrounding areas are preferred
- Contract outsourcing and willing to take part in a training program in Jakarta Head Quarter
