Qualifications & experience

• Experience as IT support for 3 years.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good logical in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Familiar with Lark Apps, will be an advantage.
• Understand and comprehend network, and asset management.
• Proficient and capable with OS Windows or Linux, Office Applications, and any support software and network.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handling and troubleshooting daily matters between users and devices, application/system.
• Assist user to troubleshooting, repairing and resolving the problem with devices, application, system, and network.
• Inspect and monitor the license validity period.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for trouble ticket.
• Coordination and cooperate with related parties for any IT matters.
