Qualifications & experience
- Experience as IT support for 3 years.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good logical in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Familiar with Lark Apps, will be an advantage.
- Understand and comprehend network, and asset management.
- Proficient and capable with OS Windows or Linux, Office Applications, and any support software and network.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handling and troubleshooting daily matters between users and devices, application/system.
- Assist user to troubleshooting, repairing and resolving the problem with devices, application, system, and network.
- Inspect and monitor the license validity period.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for trouble ticket.
- Coordination and cooperate with related parties for any IT matters.
