Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for digital roadmap implementation, encompassing ERP, cloud, data, and cybersecurity projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience in managing diverse IT projects, including ERP implementation, cloud migration, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Proficiency in English.
