It Project Management Officer/Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic project management
• At least 1 year working of experience in the related field
• Having strong knowledge in SDLC
• Preferably having experience in banking project
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Good in time management skill
• Good in communication & mentoring skills
• Fluent in English

PMO Job Descriptions:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

BA Job Descriptions:

• Managing end to end project management so the project can be done based on expected quality, timeline, and budget that have been approved
• Implement effective communication with related stakeholder to ensure the project executed well
• Identify and allocate the resource needed so the project can be executed optimally
• Regularly giving an updated report about the ongoing project to related stakeholder
