Job Summary
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Analyzing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs.
- Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.
- Prepares requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
- Designs technical developments with technical team.
- Implements software life-cycle methodology/agile and scrum.
- Coordinates roll-out of beta and production releases.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
- Works with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans.
- Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.
